　　十五年前的万圣节，哈登菲尔德镇的六岁男孩迈克尔（威尔o桑丁 WilloSandin 饰）用一把菜刀杀死了他的姐姐，当人们发现他时，他正双手血淋淋的呆望着天空，无论怎样问话，他保持着那个姿势一动也不动。于是，迈克尔被送进了精神病院。在那里，医生费尽了心思，用尽了各种方法，迈克尔还是呆望天空一动也不动。直到1978年的12月30日，迈克尔（东尼o莫兰 TonyoMoran 饰）似乎听到了某种召唤，偷了精神病院的钥匙，独自偷走回到了家乡哈登菲尔德。一场新的杀戮即将开始……
