　　岸田优儿（哀川翔 饰），一个被逐出日本的失格黑帮分子，沉默寡言，终日浪荡在台湾潮湿的街头。落魄之际他得到当地黑帮头子何叔（李立群 饰）的赏识，成为一名杀人不眨眼的赏金杀手。对于冷血独行客来说，爱情奢侈而遥远，终究只有爱情的结晶陪伴他的左右。
　　
　　优儿得到新的任务，奉命前去刺杀敌对帮派头目顾奇平（程守一 饰），却因一场大雨中止行动。避雨期间结识妓女丽丽（陈仙梅 饰），一段畸零爱情暗暗滋生。优儿最终射杀目标，随后与女友、儿子绝路逃亡。顾的弟弟顾枫（高明骏 饰）发誓为兄长报仇，而何叔为求自保，更与顾枫和解。优儿真正成了命悬一线的丧家之犬……
