　　美丽的姑娘Magdalena生活在寄宿学校里，一天夜晚发生了一件奇异的谋杀案，Magdalena的祖父被钉死在大门上，死状就像在十字架上受难的基督，而Magdalena对此一无所知，就在她享受舞会的快乐的时候，祖父尸体上飞出一股恶灵附在了她年轻的躯体上，Magdalena当场昏厥……
　　
　　从此Magdalena行为举止变得古怪，先是反抗那无形恶灵的侵犯，引起众人猜疑，接着被恶灵附体的她时常言语轻佻，亵渎上帝，她当众暴露身体，勾引男人，让他们互相厮杀，几次差点亲手杀死爱慕自己的男青年。在别人都认为她精神失常的时候，Magdalena却有着难以启齿的痛苦，恶灵不择时间的用各种体位侵犯她，蹂躏她的身体也在逐渐摧毁她的意志，最后在神父和男青年的帮下，Magdalena吐出了体内的毒蛇，恶灵被驱散了，Magdalena和男青年开始了新的生活.
