丹尼尔·皮特里导演的一部凶杀影片，原名《猫与老鼠》。故事描述一个中学生物教员佐治·安德逊，十多年的教学中没有得到学生和其它人的尊重，别人都嬉称他老鼠，并且妻子也不欣赏他的工作和生活，和他离婚嫁给了别人。他为了证实自己不是一个胆小如鼠的人，于是他杀死了两个和他毫无相干的人，当他有机会杀他妻子罗娜时，却又下不了手，始终掩蔽不了他的窝囊本色。本片似乎想藉佐治这个人物来描述一个平素受人轻视的人物如何表现出他的力量，找回他的自尊，可惜并没有成功。柯克·道格拉斯演佐治，虽然表演得很卖劲，但由于剧情原因而效果不佳。珍·茜宝饰演罗娜，戏份不多，成绩平平。习惯演大配角的尊华伦饰演大卫·李察逊，还是那副老样子，没有什么特出表现。
